This new facade and interior build-out for an italian pizza restaurant for the Lincoln Park neighborhood went very smoothly for the client.  It was designed, permitted, built, and opened within 2 months!  The theme went along with the John Dillenger movie which was being filmed just before the build-out took place.  Mural artwork of past FBI most-wanted adorned the counters and walls.
