This project was designed for a discerning client who owns a masonry distribution company. To say the least, there is a plethora of masonry and equisite detailing throughout the 8,400 square foot addition. The addition consists of a new master suite and library above an 8+ car garage, fountain, and solarium, and horizontal -losed-loop geothermal heating system hooked up to the radiant floor heating, cooling, and domestic hot water. This project is scheduled to complete in the fall of 2010. Also, there is a custom designed gate to the property.
