These high performance, eco-friendly homes are prototype single family homes designed for the City of Chicago program City Lots for City Living.  They score 3-stars on the Chicago Green Homes checklist and have a H.E.R.S. rating of only 59 points!  Thats amazing for an affordable new construction frame residence when you consider that the Museum of Science and Industry "green" home rates at only 8 points below us with 51 points and Energy Star only requires us to be under 85 points.
