This 4-unit green gut rehab in Ukrainian Village, Chicago was designed to be rental units and was on a tight budget.  That doesnt mean the units dont look amazing which they do.  There is a Japanese Yin-Yang theme throughout.  Some features are tankless water heaters, low-flow faucets, large metal porches for outdoor gathering for each unit and a rooftop deck over the carport for a green roof.
