This 10-unit (9 residential and 1 commercial) project recently passed alderman, neighborhood, and zoning board reviews.  It will be permitted through the Chicago Green Permit program with a 3-star rating (highest achievable).  The beautiful green roof gardens and wind turbines provide plenty of entertainment, energy, and oxygen for the residents.  There is an abundance of light streaming in through the highly insulated windows.  Highly insulated wall, floors and roof along with energy-star appliances, fixtures, and mechanical systems provide for a comfortable indoor environment and cost-savings on utilities.
